The client is a large multi state internet service provider without a proper IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) process in place. Unused, Idle and Surplus assets were becoming unmanageable.

Solution

VarData proposed a consignment agreement with a revenue share component that provided the client a return on their previous investment. Additionally, the client gained real-time visibility into site pickups and asset inventory via VarData’s customer portal. Any assets that contained sensitive data were also securely destroyed.
