VarData is committed to providing high-quality networking products backed by dependable customer support.
Lifetime Warranty
Our optical transceivers are backed by a Lifetime Warranty covering the replacement value of defective products under normal, intended operating conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Reporting Damage or Shortages
Any shipping damage or product shortages must be reported in writing within three (3) days of delivery.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before products are returned.

Products approved for return must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issuance date.
Non-Defective Returns
Returns of non-defective products may be accepted at VarData’s discretion and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
